2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your stored data, please contact us via email. We will permanently delete your Gym Name and Referral Code from our system within 72 hours.

3. Contact Information.

You may request deletion by emailing us at:

traldproductions@gmail.com

Please include the following in your message:

• Your gymnast’s name

• The gym name you entered

• The referral code (if provided)

• A statement requesting deletion of your data

Once received, we will confirm the deletion by email.

4. What Happens After Your Data Is Deleted

After we delete your Gym Name and Referral Code:

• Your information is permanently removed from our Firebase database

• We cannot restore it

• Your app will continue to function normally

• All data stored on your device remains untouched

You may continue using 4MyMeets without interruption.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

All personal information inside the 4MyMeets app — including photos, videos, scores, meet history, and EventMedia — is stored locally on your device only.

If you wish to delete this information, you may:

• Delete items individually inside the app

• Delete the app from your device (this removes all local data)

We do not have access to this information and cannot delete it for you.
