Data Deletion Request — 4MyMeets App

If you have used the 4MyMeets app and would like to request deletion of your data, you may do so at any time. We will delete all information associated with your use of the app, including:

• Profile information (gymnast name, gym name, level)

• Photos and videos you uploaded through the app

• Referral codes and referral submission data

• Any other user‑entered information stored for app functionality

To request deletion of your data, please contact us at:

1. Your gymnast’s name

2. The gym name (if provided)

3. Any referral code you entered (optional)

4. A statement requesting deletion of your data

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete all associated data from our systems, including our secure Google Sheets storage, within 7 business days.
